Eduardo Karrer is a senior executive from Rio de Janeiro with 30plus years experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure industries, having held C level positions in Brazilian and International companies such as Petrobras, El Paso, Rio Polimeros and Eneva. Eduardo’s experience extends to a number of different countries and markets, including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Bolivia and the US, in talent development, leadership, mentoring and coaching of high energy and performing teams. Amongst his many achievements, Eduardo successfully led Eneva to its IPO in the Brazilian stock exchange BOVESPA. Eduardo is more dedicated to strategic and fund-raising activities, in addition to closely following and mentoring some companies in the portfolio.

Eduardo is a seasoned corporate finance professional from SãoPaulo, with over 28 years experience in the internationalfinancial markets having held senior executive positions and ledteams in global financial institutions such as Santander, ING,JPMorgan and BankBoston. Eduardo’s last assignment wasGlobal Head of M&A for Santander based in the headquartersin Madrid, leading a team comprised of more than 150professionals in 11 different geographies. Eduardo isresponsible for overseeing G2A’s efforts not only in Europe,where he is currently based, but also in the US and LatinAmerica, being more directly involved in origination of newopportunities and fund raising. Eduardo is also a BoardMember in Bag on Board and Card Dynamics, two of GAA’sportfolio companies in Spain and in Vida Class, a health techbased in Brazil.

Rudolph is a senior executive from Rio de Janeiro with 28 years of experience in finance as CFO in large multinational companies and large infrastructure companies in Brazil, Germany and US. Rudolph has led teams in different industries such as Energy, Mining and IT, in companies like Eneva, MMX, Unisys and Arco Petroleum. Rudolph has successfully taken 2 large companies public through challenging IPO processes in Bovespa in Brazil. Rudolph is responsible for initiating GAA’s coverage of the European market and uses his extensive finance background to analyze the proposed investments in tech start up companies. Rudolph initiated the expansion into Europe along with Eduardo Borges when he was based in Madrid and now, after relocating to Brazil, will be dedicated to growing the company’s footprint in the country through G2A. Rudolph is also a Board Member and part of the business steering committee of Vida Class, a health tech based in Brazil.

Americo is a senior executive from São Paulo, with 30 years experience in large companies as ABB, Lucent Technologies and Cogna Educacao (former Kroton Educacional) and start-up/fast growing companies as Grupo Ibmec, HSM Educacao and Genius SIS. His two last assignments were VP of Traditional Learning at Kroton Educacional (responsible for operation of 130 campi, 400 thousand students and 25 thousand employees) from 2013 to 2018 and COO at Genius SIS since 2018, a fast growing EdTech company based on Florida with an exit in 2021. Americo is also an Endeavor Mentor since 2011 and board member of SuperAuthor, one of GAA’s portfolio company. He is currently responsible for origination of new opportunities and portfolio management.

Helio is the newest member to join G2A. Helio has acquired 40 years of broad experience in consumer goods companies in several functions such as Manufacturing, R&D, Innovation and Marketing in the USA, France, Israel, Switzerland. Among main roles in his 38 years with Nestle, in the capacity of Global Head of R&D Centers, SVP Strategic Food Business and Chairman and CEO Nestle India and Sri Lanka. He was also COO of Nestle Southeast Asia before retiring. Helio is now based in Portugal ands dedicated to investments in several companies in Europe, USA and Brazil, being Board member of NAPP Solutions, investor and Strategy Advisor in Barkyn, investor and Shilling Founders Fund Advisory Board member in Portugal.
Helio serves as Executive in Residence at IMD, Institute Management Development in Switzerland. Helio is a Senior Partner and Special Advisor to G2A, responsible for the Special Advisory Board.
